江汉大学郑瑜组揭示植物HDA9的作用靶位点

2019年12月28日，Molecular Plant杂志在线发表了江汉大学交叉学科研究院表观遗传学团队郑瑜博士的题为“Histone deacetylase HDA9 and transcription factor WRKY53 are mutual antagonists in regulation of plant stress response”的研究论文。通过计算模拟，体内及体外实验，该研究发现HDA9的去乙酰化酶活区域可以和转录因子WRKY53的DNA-bingding区域相结合，进而影响WRKY53的转录激活能力。
