中国农大/法国农科院揭示根结线虫抑制植物免疫反应新机制

2020年6月16日，中国农业大学简恒教授团队与法国农科院索菲亚农业生物技术研究所Pierre ABAD教授团队合作在New Phytologist 在线发表了题为”Theroot-knot nematode effector MiPDI1 targets a stress-associated protein, SAP, to establish disease in Solanaceae and Arabidopsis”的研究论文，揭示了南方根结线虫通过分泌效应子MiPDI1抑制植物免疫反应并提高自身寄生能力的分子机制。
